If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. We will work with you to resolve any issues and ensure that you are fully satisfied with your shopping experience.

We pattern ourselves behind the greatest names in customer service, the Amazons, the Nordstroms, the Zappos, and companies that you know so well for making happy customers.

We are willing to correct any disappointment you encounter while shopping with us. And we will do this at no cost to you! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us using our contact page, kindly point out the reason, wrong size, color was not what you expected, anything. Add your purchase order number. And we will contact you with shipping information, paid for by us. We will absolutely make it right. No questions asked.

Typically refunds clear on our end in 24-48 hours, but based on the original payment method and your bank, it can take a billing cycle of (3-4 weeks) for this to process.

If your refund still hasn't been applied after you receive your next bill, please let us know via the Contact Us page and we'll be happy to resolve that for you.

For defective items, please contact us at help@blackpridehoodies.com with a picture or pictures of the damaged item and we will make it right! We never ask that damaged items be returned to us. And refunds are usually initiated immediately.

Please note, returns can be made for all qualifying orders and requests must be submitted within 30 days after the package has been received.
